Refund policy

In the unlikely event that there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please contact info@lashcolab.co.za within 7 days of delivery to organise a refund or exchange. After 7 days from delivery, all products are non-refundable and nonexchangeable. All refunds will be credited back to your bank account via EFT. Lash Colab is not responsible for covering shipping costs on exchanges.
