Lash Colab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send a tracking number to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, the courier will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our headquarters, we are not liable for your package.

If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient at the business in your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. Lash Colab will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed delivered by the courier.

Local Pickups & Shipping

• Local Pickups are only available in Bryanston,Johannesburg
• Same Day Pickup Available during operating hours
• Payment to be done before or cash on pick up
• Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same day
